Join the Fraughton Meat Processing Team
Fraughton Meat Processing is a family-owned custom wild game processor serving hunters throughout Wyoming and the surrounding states. As an Office Specialist, you’ll be the first person our customers meet when they bring in their harvest.
This role combines outstanding customer service, organization, and attention to detail. You’ll help customers complete paperwork, explain processing options, answer questions, and ensure every order is entered accurately before it moves into production.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check in harvested animals and verify customer information.
- Explain processing options, pricing, and available products.
- Complete intake paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Enter customer orders into the computer system.
- Label animals and ensure proper identification throughout processing.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions.
- Schedule customer pickups when processing is complete.
- Accept customer payments and process transactions.
- Maintain organized customer files and records.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure order accuracy.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional.
- Assist with other office duties as needed.
- Represent Fraughton Meat Processing in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
What we’re looking for
Experience
- Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience using computers and basic office software is helpful.
- Training will be provided.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new computer software.
- Ability to remain calm during busy hunting season.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors during customer check-in.
- Ability to bend, reach, and move around the facility when necessary.
- Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
- Monday through Saturday
- Additional hours may be available during peak hunting season.
- Schedule varies depending on customer demand.
